About Lessie Harvey

A native Texan, Lessie holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Houston. She has studied with Precepts Ministries and The College of Biblical Studies (also in Houston). In 1985, she enrolled in Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) International and is now a trained BSF teaching leader. In addition to her active involvement with BSF, Lessie has taught Sunday school and led Bible studies through several churches in Columbia, Maryland, where she has lived since 1990. Committed to her local church, she also travels to nearby Washington, DC, to join other Christians in praying for our nation and the world.
